Clanrye Group was established in 1982 and since that time has been providing quality training, accredited qualifications and employment opportunities to individuals furthest removed from the labour market to tackle disadvantage and improve skills and employment for all, especially those from marginalised groups.
Clanrye’s vision is that the region will benefit from a highly skilled and dedicated team with excellent support for those in the community who need it most. Participants are skilled up to compete for jobs, utilising social enterprise as a key component.
Clanrye Family Foundations – supports families aged 16+ who are not in employment, education or training as they make life changing decisions to improve their everyday lives. The programme provides a family support and referral service, tailored training, qualifications and employability mentoring support in an informal and flexible environment.

Training For Success - trains young people aged 16 – 24 years who require additional help with learning in the areas of ICT, retail, customer service, joinery, horticulture, catering, personal development, literacy and numeracy. Clanrye Positive Directions - offers training, employment and social enterprise opportunities for people aged 16 – 64 years with disabilities to enable them to acquire the necessary skills, experience and qualifications to progress to further education, other training, employment or self-employment.
