Introduction of UNIVERSAL CREDIT

Tuesday 5rd September 11:00am- 1:00pm.

CIP Centre - 7 Foundry Street - Portadown - BT63 5AB

Universal Credit is being introduced from September 2017 and will be the biggest change to the Welfare system in 20 years and will affect many Welfare Claimants in Northern Ireland.

Citizens Advice is presenting a series of information sessions aimed at informing Councilors, Statutory and Voluntary Community Workers regarding the introduction of Universal Credit.  CIP is pleased to host a FREE information session at the CIP Centre and will provide an overview of how the entitlement will be calculated and implemented across Northern Ireland.  The session is open to community/voluntary groups working with those effected by Welfare reform.

As places are limited and Citizens Advice will be providing information packs for participants, so we would appreciate if you could confirm your attendance asap.
